The Zeplin is always looking for those who takes pride in craft and cares deeply about the guest experience. This role is for someone who can execute thoughtful cocktails, move comfortably in a busy room, and make people feel genuinely welcome while doing it.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong proficiency with craft cocktails and classic techniques

  • A natural sense of hospitality and the ability to read a room

  • Curiosity and creativity behind the bar

  • Someone who enjoys learning, experimenting, and sharing that knowledge with guests

  • Comfortable working evenings and weekends, with shifts running until midnight
